Returns Policy: 30 day money back guarantee. Item must be in original condition, and original packing slip must be included with the return. Contact ECC for mailing instructions. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable
Warranty Information: 6 months parts and labor from the date purchased. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to ECC (one-way). ECC will replace or repair the unit at no cost to the buyer. 6 months to 1 year from date purchased, product will be repaired free of cost, but buyer may be charged a fee if replacement parts are needed.
